ANTIQUE HARDWOOD FLOORING
This is antique wood!  Depending on the grade you choose, these materials may contain different characteristics such as knots, nail holes, plugged bolt holes and hairline cracks.  Not all of the wood will have every characteristic listed above.

Heartwood is now offering new flooring. The same warranty and conditions apply as the antique wood.

DEPOSITS & DELIVERY
Please order as far in advance as possible as our inventory depends on the availability of antique timber stock.  Our expected lead time is 4 - 6 weeks from the date we receive a deposit on an order.  A 50% deposit is required before work can begin on your order.  When your order is complete you will be contacted by a service representative to arrange shipment.  We require payment in full on the balance due before order is shipped.  This will help you avoid a C.O.D. fee at time of delivery.  The customer is solely responsible for shipping charges, however we have shipping companies who offer us a discount and we will forward that discount on to our customers if you use one of our recommended freight companies.  A tally sheet accompanies your order, so you can verify the actual footage shipped to you. 

We guarantee the quality of our flooring.  If within 30 days of shipdate but before installation, you are not completely satisfied with your flooring, return it in its original condition and packaging, freight prepaid, for replacement or a full refund. This refund and replacement policy is for any lumber product that Heartwood Industries, Inc. offers,  including timbers and blanks. (Heartwood will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for shipping on materials returned).  If returned, freight must be prepaid! 

We warranty our products against defects in flooring and workmanship.  This warranty will be VOID if our recommendations and standard industry practices are not observed.  It will also be void if your flooring is not installed by a wood flooring professional.
